Base pay range $120,000. 00/yr - $130,000. 00/yr Job Details Job Title: Sr Business Analyst (D365 F&O) Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Woodland Hills, California Work Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Visa sponsorship: No (USC or GC only) ROLE DESCRIPTION Support and maintain the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations application by analyzing business requirements, determining feasibility, and making solution recommendations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by global business teams, including reviewing, analyzing, designing, coding and implementing complex systems or business requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support monthly and quarterly Microsoft system upgrades • Document and implement project specifications • Design solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform • Gather and document business requirements • Design, develop and unit test various solutions • Learn the intricacies of core products and system integrations • Work independently when needed • Execute ERP design, testing and implementation plans under the direction of the ERP Team Leader • Partner with business process owners to develop documentation, training and process flow understanding within the D365 system • Research and document transaction flow both inside and outside of the ERP system using various tools • Incorporate best practices into process design based on business needs • Identify system solutions or integrate processes to meet unique customer requirements • Collaborate with the Microsoft D365 technical team on system development, documentation and training • Create system design, testing and training documentation • Support functional business process owners, bridging legacy processes to new system processes and analyzing or compiling data as warranted • Continuously learn new ways to solve technical challenges effectively using Microsoft 365 KEY QUALIFICATIONS • Strong functional skills in Dynamics AX / D365 F&O Financial Management for modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash & Banking, and Workflows • Understanding of the platform and integration capabilities • Minimum 35 years of relevant Dynamics AX / D365 FO experience • Ability to communicate through functional and technical design documents • Advanced troubleshooting skills in D365 NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with ExFlow and TAS, ISV products integrated in D365 • Experience with data analysis and Power BI reporting • Experience with Jira • Experience with agile software development techniques About Maxonic Since 2002, Maxonic has been at the forefront of connecting candidate strengths to client challenges.
