Remote Azure Architect job at Vaco Technology. Atlanta, GA. 12+ month contract engagement at $110-120/hr DOE • Our teams are self-managed and cross-functional We are focused on delivering value to the company through technical solutions Each team is composed of Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, a Product Owner and a Scrum Master. • They are looking for an "absolute rockstar" they need someone to off load current work but also elevate their capabilities as it relates to Azure. • This person will help guide them and make decisions regarding their planning, architecture, etc. • Need to be strong in Azure as a whole, not a specific module or application specifically. • Open to lifetime consultants or someone with more career stability; need years of similar work experience. Core Skills: • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, platforms and applications specifically within Azure. • Understanding of the .NET platform, service-oriented architecture, object- oriented designs, patterns, and practices; and, developing APIs, REST standards. • A strong understanding of all technologies involved in cloud deployment, including networking, storage, computer hardware, automation systems, programming, scripting, operating systems and their supporting services. And specifically, we are looking for experience with: • migrating applications to Azure • Azure Kubernetes Services • Containers in general • DevOps/CICD with Azure DevOps Services • .Net Core/.Net 5+ • Azure Infrastructure • Docker
