Now Hiring: Sr. AEM Cloud Administrator 📍 Location: Durham, NC – Hybrid (2 weeks onsite per month) 💬 Interview Process: Single round (Behavioral + Technical) 🚀 We're looking for a Senior AEM Cloud Administrator to join a high-impact digital content delivery team. If you're passionate about Adobe Experience Manager and cloud technologies—and you enjoy building scalable, secure, and high-performing systems—this role could be a great fit! ✅ Key Must-Have Skills: • Hands-on experience with Adobe Cloud Manager (CI/CD, provisioning, monitoring) • Strong Dispatcher configuration skills (caching, security, request filtering) • Proficiency in Java and REST API development • Familiarity with CFMs, XFs, and headless CMS strategies • Excellent communication skills – frequent collaboration with business teams 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing: • Operate and monitor Adobe AEM environments via Cloud Manager • Configure Dispatcher rules, optimize caching & security • Manage deployments and troubleshoot build issues • Support workflows, permissions, and governance compliance • Integrate with CDNs (Akamai, Fastly) for global content delivery • Conduct environment health checks, audits, and performance tuning • Work across teams to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable solutions 💡 Tech Stack / Tools: • AEM 6.5+, AEM as a Cloud Service, Sling, JCR, OSGi • Java, HTL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs • CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions • Cloud platforms: Adobe Cloud, AWS, Azure • Monitoring: Splunk, Datadog, Adobe dashboards 🔗 The Team: You'll be part of the group that powers the Normalized Content Delivery (NCD) platform, driving personalized and consistent content experiences across digital channels.
