**About the job you’re considering** Dynamics 365 Architect with experience in Field Services, Customer Service Module. • *Your role** + Lead the technical design and development of D365 CE solutions including customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform components- strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse. • *Your skills and experience** + Dynamics 365 Architect with experience in Field Services, Customer Service Module. + 6 years overall experience with 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Development and Support projects + Should possess good knowledge of D365 CE ecosystem with strong hold in- , Service (mandatory), with Field Service and , Sales & Customer Insights as optional. + Experience integrating D365 CE with external systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and middleware. + Experience working with DevOps (Azure DevOps, Git) and familiarity with ALM practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment management. + Latest D365 CE latest certifications PL-200, PL-400 preferred • *Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
