Job Overview: As a Senior Power Automate Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, automated solutions within our client's enterprise environment. You'll leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and ensure best practices in automation. Responsibilities: • Lead the architectural design and development of Power Automate workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements. • Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into automation solutions. • Establish standards, best practices, and governance models for Power Automate usage across the organization. • Conduct high-level assessments and create blueprints for automation initiatives that optimize existing processes. • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with data privacy and other regulatory standards. • Oversee the integration of Power Automate with other Microsoft services, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party applications. • Mentor junior architects and developers, providing guidance on advanced features and complex workflows. • Stay current with the latest Power Automate features and updates, proposing enhancements that align with industry trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in automation development, with 5+ years dedicated to Power Automate and Power Platform architecture. • Extensive knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and their integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem. • Strong expertise in designing end-to-end automation solutions that involve complex workflows, data integration, and API management. • Proven experience with Azure, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and other Microsoft Cloud solutions. • Knowledge of data privacy and security standards, particularly in automated workflows and data storage. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior team members. Preferred Skills: • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate or Power Platform Architect). • Familiarity with low-code/no-code development environments. • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or C#.
