As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a key part in reshaping our systems and automating core processes. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver modern, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience. The team is located in multiple locations, hence you have the possibility to work out of either one of our office across Europe. As a Power Platform Developer, you’ll help design and build custom Power Apps, deliver Power BI reporting for both internal and external audiences, and support day-to-day data operations and tooling. Tasks and activitiesThe scope of work will include: Power Platform Development: Building and customising Model-Driven Power Apps using out-of-the-box components and JavaScript enhancements.Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports for operational and strategic use.Using Power Query (M language) for advanced data shaping and transformation within Power BI.Gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable, user-focused solutions.Dataverse Maintenance: Performing routine checks to ensure data consistency and environment stability.Supporting access control and permission management.Troubleshooting data and system-related issues in collaboration with IT and support teams.Helpdesk & Knowledge Repository Support: Monitoring and responding to service requests via the internal ticketing system.Providing first-line support for technical issues relating to Power Apps, reports, and data access.Maintaining and improving the team’s knowledge repository with process documentation and support guides. Skills and experienceThe following skills and experience are mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a relevant field.At least 1-2 years proven experience working with Power Platform tools.Proficiency in Model-Driven Power Apps development.Solid understanding and implementation of JavaScript for UI customisation.Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query (M language), DAX, data modelling, and report publishing.Dataverse role and permission management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting business users and working in cross-functional teams.Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.Fluent in English, both written and spoken. The following skills and experience would be highly desirable: Experience with Azure Functions for backend workflows.Certifications: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100).Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).Experience with: Azure Functions for automation.Python for data manipulation or automation.
