SharePoint/PowerApps Sr. Developer - Onsite (only W2) Job Description: Job Type: 6 months Contract to Hire Job Location: Woodland Hills, California Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote) Rate: $66 W2, Based on experience, Open to C2C candidates as well. Overview Maxonic is assisting a direct client in finding a SharePoint/PowerApps Sr. Developer to join their team onsite in Woodland Hills, CA. The role focuses on building custom SharePoint and PowerApps solutions across the full application lifecycle with a strategic mindset to meet project goals. Responsibilities: Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Implement data integrations using Power Automate and other data services Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, canvas apps, RPA bots, and flow configurations to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction Maintain and update existing PowerApps solutions Create detailed documentation for development applications (process and functionality) Create and manage SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and workflows Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, PowerShell, and REST APIs Maintain site permissions, security, and governance policies Build and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and third-party APIs Improve overall business processes and operational efficiency using SharePoint expertise Stay current with the latest features and updates in Power Platform Requirements: Prior experience in application development, with at least 2-5 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint development Proficiency in Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, JSON data formats, and Power Automate Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of best practices for app performance optimization and security within the Power Apps platform Problem-management and strategic thinking abilities Previous experience in client management, particularly in data flow and migration Desired Qualifications: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online Previous experience in client management, particularly in data flow and migration Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and Azure Logic Apps is a plus About Maxonic: Since 2002 Maxonic has been at the forefront of connecting candidate strengths to client challenges.
