Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $37.14 - $55.72 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for effective administration, configuration, installation, provisioning, monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure availability, capacity and performance of software application systems is achieved. Perform assigned duties as listed in RACI model(s) under close supervision from manager. Collaborate with peers and manager on administration tasks, application enhancements and limited project activities. • Ensures applications are monitored, running at peak performance and have ample capacity • Applications are in compliance with industry and organizational standards • Coordinate with vendors for technical support and upgrades. • Submit and fulfill service requests. • Respond to incidents and problems. • Coordinates and/or provides application training as needed • Stays current with the applications through research and conferences • Applications are up to date with all audit requirements as needed by the organization • Identifies improvement opportunities and works with internal teams to get them implemented • Apply patches and upgrades on a regular basis. • Coordinate and collaborate with teammembers and service stakeholders. • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request. • Provide first tier support at software administrator level to including investigation and troubleshooting. • Optimize system configurations, manage functionality and user access. • Monitor ITSM tickets and prioritize appropriately. • Support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions, failover and testing efforts. • Designs, develops and administers test scripts and testing automation whenever possible • Evaluates and coordinates problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and improvement opportunities. • Coordinate changes, deployments, system tests, including any configurations, customizations and new releases. • Works with end-users to assist with the design and testing of applications and communicates changes to end users and other teams as applicable Additional Job Functions • Performs other duties as assigned • Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
