We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Apps Developer - Lead who can bring creative solutions to complex challenges, both technical and procedural. Adaptability and effective collaboration are key as you'll be working with a geographically diverse and technically varied team. You will play a vital role in an Agile Scrum team—an energetic group of professionals dedicated to achieving customer mission and growth goals through Agile development practices. You will have the opportunity to develop intricate PowerApps model-driven applications and Portals using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. As a member of the Agile Scrum team, you will be responsible for writing tasks and tests related to specific user stories, ensuring that requirements are met according to established standards. Additionally, you will provide accurate work estimates and report on progress during daily Scrum sessions. Candidate MUST: Be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person (Green Card Holder) capable of obtaining a level 4 Public Trust Clearance. Be willing to work in a hybrid/onsite capacity at our location in MD/Northern VA/DC area. Responsibilities: • Act as the technical lead for the Agile team. • Lead the development of Power Apps utilizing model-driven design. • Create client-facing websites and forms using PowerApps Portal. • Maintain the application baseline across three environments (Dev/Stage/PROD). • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to perform process modeling and data validation. • Engage with system stakeholders to gather data requirements for each process model. • Ensure alignment between application processes and business processes. • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, review, and retrospectives. • Support Business Analysts in the evaluation and development of technical requirements. • Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Basic Qualifications • Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one. • Master's Degree and at least 15 years of technical experience. • Experience managing a software development team within an Agile methodology. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for teamwork. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience leading high-performing development teams. • Ability to construct product roadmaps that support customer strategic goals. • Work effectively with minimal oversight. Required Technical Skills • Expertise in developing and maintaining applications using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Model-driven and Canvas App, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals) in an Azure environment. • Proficient in creating reports, charts, and analytics using Power BI. • Solid experience transforming data architecture utilizing the Dataverse platform. • Experience in constructing and maintaining data tables within Dataverse. • Development experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, and FetchXML. • Expertise in utilizing Power Apps Pipeline for transitioning applications between environments. • Mastery of large-scale data management and data modeling. • Ability to provide status updates and product demonstrations to clients. • Expertise in translating customer needs into functional application requirements (User Stories / Backlog Items). • Support new user requirements and assist with feature planning for future releases. • Lead development initiatives. Preferred Qualifications/Skills • Experience designing and implementing data models in A365. • Experience developing custom SharePoint apps using Power Apps. • Design and develop data exchanges in line with System Interface Agreements. • Experience with developing modern pages on SharePoint Online.
