Senior Microsoft Cloud Security Consultant Join one of Microsoft’s leading global security partners at a pivotal stage of growth. With major investment and huge ambitions for the U.S. market, this business is expanding its Microsoft Security practice and building a world‑class team to help clients secure, modernize, and optimize their Microsoft Cloud environments. Base Pay $140,000 – $165,000 per year Why This Role Stands Out • Join one of Microsoft’s top global security partners as they expand across the U.S. • Deliver impactful Microsoft Cloud Security engagements across enterprise clients • Influence architecture and design for complex, large‑scale environments • Dedicated training budget and support for Microsoft certifications What You’ll Be Doing • Leading client‑facing Microsoft Cloud Security engagements focused on architecture, design, and deployment • Designing and implementing secure solutions across Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and Entra ID • Advising clients on best practices for identity, access, threat detection, and response in Microsoft environments • Conducting workshops, proofs of concept, and architecture sessions to support solution adoption • Translating technical and compliance requirements into scalable cloud security solutions • Supporting large transformation programs across Azure, M365, and hybrid infrastructures • Collaborating with Microsoft and internal engineering teams to enhance solution delivery • Providing technical leadership and knowledge sharing within the security practice What You’ll Bring • 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Cloud Security consulting or architecture projects • Deep technical understanding of Microsoft security technologies including Sentinel, Defender Suite, Purview, and Entra ID • Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise‑grade Microsoft security solutions • Strong background in identity, authentication, endpoint protection, and data‑security principles • PowerShell or scripting experience for automation and configuration • Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, CIS, and MITRE ATT&CK • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Microsoft certifications such as SC‑200, SC‑300, AZ‑500, SC‑100, or MS‑500 preferred What You’ll Get • Salary up to $150,000 plus performance‑based bonus • Hybrid initially (Los Angeles) moving to primarily remote with travel as needed • 15 days paid time off plus incentive bonus • Comprehensive healthcare coverage with family options • Employee shareholder program • Dedicated training budget and certification support Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Information Technology Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting, Computer and Network Security #J-18808-Ljbffr
