Job Title: Microsoft 365 Administrator (Mid-Level) Location: Norman, OK Job Type: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Administrator with strong troubleshooting, configuration, and diagnostic abilities. This mid-level role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage Microsoft 365 services, support end-users, and ensure seamless operation of our cloud-based productivity environment. A strong background in technical support and excellent customer service skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: • Administer, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Intune. • Perform user account management, licensing assignments, security groups, and mailbox configurations. • Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance and patch management for Microsoft 365 services. • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 apps and services. • Respond to support tickets and inquiries, providing clear, timely, and customer-focused resolutions. • Assist in onboarding/offboarding procedures including configuring user profiles, permissions, and email settings. • Support implementation and configuration of security policies (MFA, conditional access, DLP, etc.). • Collaborate with IT teams to improve system performance, automate tasks, and enhance the end-user experience. • Maintain documentation for processes, known issues, and solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration, with at least 2 years focused on Microsoft 365 administration. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure Active Directory. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across user and backend environments. • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. • Experience with identity and access management, including Active Directory and Azure AD. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-500, AZ-900). • Experience with hybrid Exchange environments. • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and compliance tools. • Knowledge of ITIL practices and service desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
