Job Description Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, CRM, Consultant, Functional Consultant, PowerApps and Flow, Birmingham, Midlands, Wolverhampton, Telford This award winning and growing Microsoft Gold Partner has 2 new exciting roles for Dynamics 365/CRM Functional Consultants to be involved at the early stages of some new and highly interesting new projects. You will be responsible for building customer solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework and also supporting the sales teams in developing new D365 opportunities. Skills/Experience: • Experience either as a consultant or end user of CRM, ideally Dynamics CRM • Proven ability of understanding, designing, implementing and improving customer experience and/or sales processes • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Understanding of or experience in delivering business change • Creative problem solving skills • Project management skills • Strong negotiation skills • Strong planning and organisational skills • Presentation skills • Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Understanding of Microsoft technology stack including PowerApps and Flow desirable If you are ready for your next challenge and want to work with all the latest technology from Microsoft, then please get in touch.
