Job Title: Business Analyst-SharePoint/Power PlatformLocation: Dallas,TX /Miramar,FL (Hybrid) Responsibilities:Project-Specific Duties (InfoPath & SharePoint Workflow Migration) Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders in departments such as HR, Finance,Sales, Marketing, and Shipping to document current forms and workflows, including thenumber of users, integrations, dependencies, and automations. Documentation: Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and clearlydocument requirements and use cases to be used by the project team. Migration Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager, Developers, and QualityAssurance to deliver the PowerApps and Power Automate solutions. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Work with the business through UAT to ensure thedelivered solutions meet business needs. General BA Core Responsibilities: Strategy: Identify opportunities to redesign and automate business processes to achievebetter business results. Execution: Serve as a liaison between divisions/functions and IT on projects and enhancements. Conduct requirements gathering and translate high-level business requirements intofunctional specifications. Create and maintain documentation for business processes, requirements, andfunctional specifications. Support the creation and coordination of test plans, working with the QA/Testingteam and end users. Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellentwritten and oral communications. Building Capabilities: Serve as an expert to support the education and training of end users, working toincrease their proficiency and adoption of new solutions. Core Job Requirements: Expert understanding of one or more divisions/functions and their business processes. Strong understanding of IT processes and the ability to translate and communicatetechnical concepts into business language. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate. Strong analytical and problem-solving/decision-making skills. Strong capability to execute tasks required in projects and enhancements. Qualifications: Experience with the Microsoft suite of products and SharePoint is a plus. Experience with or knowledge of Jira to create stories is a plus. Experience with migrations from End-of-Life technologies to new applications andplatform environments is a plus. Experience with File Server Migrations is a plus.
