Role- Solutions Architect - Dynamics 365 Location- Malvern PA (Hybrid-Onsite) Must have skills- Technical Architect role: CO pilot/Gen AI / Agentic AI Azure Data factory, Fabric, Data Pipeline MS Dynamics 365 The Technical Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise solutions using Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, scalability, and compliance while driving innovation in CRM and ERP systems. · 8+ years in enterprise application architecture and development. · Proven track record in leading Dynamics 365 implementations for large organizations. · Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. · Strong knowledge of solution architecture, data modeling, and integration frameworks. · Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics customizations. · Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud deployments. · Excellent communication and leadership skills. · Experience in emerging technologies like GenAi and Agentic AI , Microsoft Copilot Solution Architecture - Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, ERP, Power Platform) ensuring integration with enterprise systems. Technical Leadership - Lead development teams, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Customization/Configuration - Implement customizations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements. Integration/Strategy - Develop integration patterns with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Boomi, Fabric, Azure, SharePoint, third-party APIs). Performance Optimization - Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Security/Compliance - Ensure solutions comply with Vanguards security policies and regulatory standards.
