AGILE CERTIFIEDuser story samples and BRD/requirements that they have written themselves"This BA will be supporting environment/social, and Financial management business lines within the operations team at the bankSomeone who can work alongside PO on requirements gatheringNeed to be well versed in agileAZURE DEV OPS Working closely with agile PMs on stories, etcMore functional, but looking for someone who has worked on transactional systems- compliance driven systems, someone who can come in, fill out forms, save data, and get reports back on dashboards based on theseEntering data into forms, talk to other systems, etc- someone who has worked with large projects with a lot of dataVery focused on usability of forms, looking to build tools as easily as possible- someone who has worked at a large org with bureaucratic structures/levelsBank constantly has new policies, so need to be able to adaptDetail oriented- someone who has navigated large organizations and worked across groups, really strong communication skillsRequirements gathering, user stories, working as liaison across business unitsThey use versionone/digital.ai as requirements gathering tool, which is smaller, but if they have exposure to that it would be great (jira, tfs, other similar products would be ok)
