Job Title: Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer Location: Hartford, CT Duration: 3-6 Months Job Type: Contract/W2 Note: Local to CT only / Onsite Interview. Job Summary: We seek a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and proven expertise in building enterprise-grade solutions using the Power Platform suite-Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural insight, hands-on development skills, and the ability to lead solution design and delivery across large-scale digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: • Architect, design, and develop complex solutions using Canvas & Model-Driven Power Apps • Build and manage advanced Power Automate workflows and custom connectors • Create compelling visualizations and reports in Power BI to support business decision-making • Lead integration of Power Platform with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems • Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and engaging with stakeholders • Optimize performance, security, and scalability of solutions • Drive adoption of Power Platform best practices across teams • Collaborating in Agile environments with Product Owners, BAs, and QA teams Required Skills: • 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in Microsoft Power Platform • Expert in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services • Experience developing custom connectors, using Power Fx, and working with APIs/RESTful services • Proficient in data modeling, security roles, and solution lifecycle management • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certifications: PL-400, PL-600, or PL-900 • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or DevOps pipelines • Background in Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations, or CRM integrations • Experience leading enterprise Power Platform implementations
