Must have skills : Azure Data Factory, Azure Pipeline Management (Capable), Azure Synapse, Databricks, Power BI (Capable) Technical Skills:Strong technical expertise, dedicating 40% of the time to technical tasks.Proficient in Databricks, Azure components, Synapse/ADF, ADLS, and Power Bi.Well-versed in Azure integration services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with customer and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.Understand the needs of the customer and translate them into actionable plans.Drive conversations with architects to align project goals and technical requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring they overcome any challenges.Participate in estimations, planning, and troubleshooting with the teams.Drive discussions with Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure project alignment.Provide regular status updates to the Customer Scrum Master and Product Owners on project progress.Work closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure project milestones are met.Manage project coordination and management activities, dedicating 60% of the time to these tasks.Collaborate with customer executive management to understand and address their pain points.Maintain oversight of all projects running within the program.Work with the customer’s Data Architect to drive data-related discussions and decisions. Qualifications:Proven experience in project coordination and technical leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Certification in Azure or related technologies.
