We are looking for a Jr. Cloud Administrator to join our team in Houston, Texas, and support our cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Azure and related technologies to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our systems. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate on innovative solutions and enhance the organization's IT capabilities.Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on the Microsoft Azure platform to ensure optimal performance and security.• Configure and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory to support user access and authentication.• Monitor network protocols, including TCP/IP, to ensure seamless communication and data flow.• Provide technical support for Meraki devices and ensure proper network connectivity.• Administer Microsoft Office 365 applications, ensuring functionality and user satisfaction.• Maintain and update Microsoft SharePoint environments to support team collaboration and data management.• Oversee the operation and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server systems.• Implement updates and patches for Windows 10 and other Microsoft Windows operating systems.• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve system issues effectively.• Document processes and configurations to support future troubleshooting and system enhancements.
