Role Overview The Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and custom business applications using Microsoft Power BI and PowerApps. This hybrid role ensures seamless integration of analytics and automation to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Power BI Development • Build interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI Desktop and Service. • Perform data modeling and implement advanced DAX calculations. • Optimize data performance and ensure accuracy through Power Query transformations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. • PowerApps Development • Design and develop responsive apps using Canvas and Model-driven approaches. • Integrate PowerApps with Power Automate, Power BI, and external data sources (SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse). • Implement workflows, connectors, and business logic for automation. • Ensure app security and compliance with organizational standards. • Cross-Platform Integration • Leverage Power Platform ecosystem for end-to-end solutions. • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to align solutions with business goals. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in Power BI and PowerApps development. • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and SQL. • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and connectors. • Familiarity with Azure services and Dynamics 365 is a plus. • Strong problem-solving, UI/UX design, and communication skills. • Experience in Agile development environments.
