We are seeking a Microsoft M365 Power Platform Specialist to engage with our customer’s and support their need for developing no-code / low-code M365 Solutions. As a member of our team, you will... • Create and support Microsoft M365 solutions leveraging the Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, SharePoint, etc • Work collaboratively with team members and customers to identify and document both business and technical requirements. • Design, develop, implement, and support M365 solutions that conform to defined business requirements. • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain existing and new Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, Power Pages, Power BI dashboards, and other similar solutions. • Create Model Driven, Canvas Power Apps, and Power Pages solutions. Leverage Power Automate Flows and other M365 capabilities as needed to meet requirements. • Extend Power Platform solutions using Power Platform connectors and plugins. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and data sources such as ServiceNow, SQL, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Azure environments. • Utilize HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to customize the user interface and functionality of Power Apps and Power Pages. • Ensure responsive design and Section 508 accessibility compliance with all deliverables. • Participate in Agile or Scrum development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Communicate effectively with team members, business stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and provide project updates. • Create and maintain documentation and trainings for end-users, how to manuals, help guides, checklists, and other related technical documentation. • Integrate Power Platform with the ServiceNow platform. Using ServiceNow, support key ITIL processes and ServiceNow applications by developing and modifying the ServiceNow functionality. • Function as first-line support for M365 solution end-users. • Performs fixes and enhancements as needed. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
