Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview: We are seeking DevOps Engineers at both junior and mid levels to play a key role in the development, operations, and lifecycle management of mission-critical applications. This position requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and a commitment to system performance, security, and reliability. What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities): • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery. • Implement and support Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using tools such as Terraform , Ansible , or CloudFormation . • Integrate and operate within cloud environments (AWS, Azure) including services like OpenSearch , EKS , and Azure AD . • Automate system configuration, security scanning, and deployment workflows. • Use DevOps toolchains : Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, JIRA, Nexus, SonarQube, Artifactory, and HashiCorp tools (Vault, Consul, Boundary). • Monitor and maintain system performance and security using tools like CloudWatch , Splunk , and third-party monitoring platforms. • Configure and manage services to support auto-scaling , resilience , and failover capabilities . • Create and maintain machine images (e.g., AMIs, AVMs) and automate DevOps tasks across multiple secure environments. • Respond to and resolve system issues and user tickets, including critical incident support outside normal hours. • Contribute to the engineering and enhancement of cross-domain solutions for file transfer and system interoperability. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements): • Active TS/SCI clearance • 5 years of experience required for Mid-Level. • 1 year of experience required for Junior-Level. • Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Terraform. • Java, JavaScript, JFROG • Experience with cloud platforms : AWS and/or Azure. • Strong scripting skills: Python , Bash , PowerShell . • Familiarity with configuration management tools: Ansible , Chef , or Puppet . • Ability to monitor and manage application health , security, and performance. • Experience with infrastructure automation , CI/CD , and container orchestration . • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps best practices. • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. • Ability to write and maintain clear technical documentation and SOPs. Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): • Experience working in secure environments or government systems. • Familiarity with Cross Domain Systems , network segmentation, and enclave management. • Exposure to full application development lifecycles , especially in secure or classified settings. • Experience with COTS integration into cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
