Install and configure Hubs, Switches, Servers, Routers, Frame Relay Devices, Expand Packet Accelerators, CSU/DSUapos;s, Modems. Troubleshoot and resolve Trouble Calls and Work Orders assigned to the MSC Afloat NOC by MSCapos;s Help Desk. Perform software installation of Windows 2000/XP/2003 Workstation/Server and Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003 products. Manage and operate Classified LAN using Citrix Metaframe. Perform software vulnerability mitigation by installing IAVA patches and maintain update status using DoDapos;s Vulnerability Management System (VMS). Perform maintenance on IBM compatible PCapos;s.
