Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring high availability and performance. • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access controls across the M365 platform. • Oversee the administration of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, including site creation, permissions, and integrations. • Develop and enforce governance policies for Microsoft 365 services. • Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing issues related to Microsoft 365 applications. • Monitor system performance, perform regular audits, and generate reports on usage and health of the M365 environment. • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools. • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices. Required Qualifications: • 5-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft 365 administration. • Strong expertise in managing Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and One Drive. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
