Job Summary: DaBella is looking for a motivated Five9 Administrator to support and enhance our contact center operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with the Five9 platform to maintain IVRs, queues, SMS/chat, and assist with reporting, troubleshooting, and user support. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills and make a direct impact on team performance.
