Job Title: System Administrator - Microsoft Power Platform Location: Dallas, TX (Local candidates preferred) | Open to Remote Duration: 6+ Months Role Overview We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with Microsoft Power Platform expertise to support our aerospace client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, enterprise infrastructure, and hands-on development with Microsoft Power Platform tools. This role requires the ability to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a high-demand aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and administer enterprise systems, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. • Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). • Implement security, compliance, and governance policies in line with aerospace standards. • Perform root cause analysis and resolve system performance, availability, and integration issues. • Support patching, upgrades, and system migrations. • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency. • Maintain documentation, system diagrams, and process workflows. Required Qualifications • 8 10+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator. • Proven expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Strong background in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Azure AD, and O365 administration. • Knowledge of system security, compliance, and vulnerability management. • Prior experience in aerospace industry is mandatory. • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS) environments. • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.). • Previous exposure to large-scale enterprise environments.
