Job Title: D365 CE & Power Platform Solutions Developer (Experience with Project Operations Preferred) Location: UK - Remote (occasional travel may be required) Type: Permanent Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + Benefits Industry: End User Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity: Join a forward-thinking end-user as a D365 CE & Power Platform Solutions Developer and play a pivotal role in transforming their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform capabilities. This is a critical stage in an in-flight project, providing you with the unique opportunity to influence the development of scalable, user-friendly solutions that enhance integration and ensure long-term performance. Experience with D365 Project Operations is highly desirable but not essential. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, focusing on Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. • Create and maintain Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and project leads to refine requirements and deliver tailored solutions. • Enhance D365 CE through custom plugins, JavaScript, and workflows, as well as utilizing Azure Logic Apps. • Work alongside technical teams and business users to support continuous system enhancements. • Facilitate integration across business systems, including Project Operations, Finance, and third-party platforms. Essential Skills: • Proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development. • Strong expertise in the Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). • Experience in extending CE functionality using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. • Solid understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft integration tools (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, etc.). • Excellent communication and documentation skills. Desirable: • Hands-on experience with D365 Project Operations. • Background in in-flight or rescue projects. • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
