Job Description: Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr Responsibilities: • rchitect end-to-end Power Platform solutions integrating Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and external systems (e.g., Workday,ServiceNow). • Design and build approval management agents that check for pending approvals, notify users, and enable in-line action through Teams or Outlook. • Guide the design and deployment of Power Virtual Agents and Copilot experiences to improve user interaction with enterprise workflows. • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical design, and deliver POCs and scalable solutions. • Ensure governance, security, and reusability in all Power Platform assets. Required Qualifications: • Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot/Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse). • Experience in Copilot Studio and prompt orchestration. • Proficiency in adaptive cards, JSON, and Teams integration. • Strong understanding of Copilot and AI Builder capabilities within Power Platform. • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Teams and Outlook workflows. • Familiarity with security models, environments, and data policies in Power Platform. • Background in business process automation, RPA, or chatbot frameworks. • Experience in building agent workflows for productivity or operations. • Understanding of DevOps for Power Platform (GitHub).
