Upskill and enable HR employees through the creation of intuitive products and hands-on support + Identify data issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them in a scalable way + Present analyses and relevant trends in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business + Consult with HR Leaders and lead ad-hoc data and analysis requests that support HR initiatives. Cleary communicate insights through powerful stories that inform and influence key stakeholders • *Qualifications:** + Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR analytics or analytical consulting + Knowledge in business intelligence, infrastructure, data engineering, data analytics, or a related subject + Knowledge of HR systems, ETL methods and working with databases + Experience with data visualization tools (Microsoft PowerBI or similar) and data automation tools (Alteryx or similar) + Experience with Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI) or similar reporting tools + Ability to synthesize large amounts of complex data into relevant insights and identify key trends Anywhere Real Estate Inc.
