Upskill and enable HR employees through the creation of intuitive products and hands-on support + Identify data issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve them in a scalable way + Present analyses and relevant trends in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of these trends on the business + Consult with HR Leaders and lead ad-hoc data and analysis requests that support HR initiatives.
