Job Title: Power Apps Software Developer Location: Washington DC (Remote but must be available to visit Onsite within 2 hours for any performance-related discussions.) Clearance Requirement: Active MBI Clearance Job Description: • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft 365 GCC technologies such as Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Rebuild the ITCT application, addressing current limitations such as SharePoint Online lookup limits and latency. • Implement automated workflows, business rules, and validation logic to ensure robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. • Develop integrations between SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SQL Server using Data Gateways and API connectors. • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and support visualization using Tableau as needed. • Collaborate with IRS stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and UI/UX improvements. • Perform testing activities including unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Troubleshoot, resolve bugs, and optimize system performance in both development and production environments. • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures for system maintenance and audits.
