About the position Responsibilities • Research, evaluate, and design technical security solutions for the enterprise. • Provide technical security assessment support. • Develop, maintain, and monitor an effective Information Security program. • Execute security engineering practices for IS projects. • Conduct product research and participate in the selection process of technologies to support security requirements. • Establish technical security guidance and ensure proper access to enterprise applications and data communications systems. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience. • 5 or more years of related experience. • Experience collaborating on security solution designs for the TCP/IP protocol suite. • Experience with LAN/WAN technologies, switching, routing, VoIP and Telephony technologies, firewalls and VPN, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and vulnerability assessment and patch management tools. • Functional experience designing security controls and countermeasures for operating systems, databases, applications, web services, user devices, and wireless networks. Nice-to-haves • CISSP, CEH, or equivalent upon hire. • Experience working in a Healthcare environment. • 5 or more years of Identity and Access Management experience. • Coding / Scripting experience. • Experience supporting 10,000 or more accounts in an enterprise environment. • Subject matter expert in Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Enterprise Application and Application Registration, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access Policies, PKI, Imprivata EAM. • Automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Graph API, AI. • Agile SCRUM, scrum master experience. • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause diagnosis skills. • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
