Dynamics F&O Business Analyst - Senior Technology – Engineering & Systems Integration – Technology Business Analysis – Senior The Opportunity Our Finance and Supply Chain Management Consultants utilize structured project methodologies to define, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions. This client-facing role requires a team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills, responsible for designing ERP systems to meet business requirements and ensuring successful implementations. As a Senior Technology Business Analyst, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and oversee the delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Configure and implement solutions that meet business needs. Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses. Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients. Skills and Attributes for Success Experience working in project teams through all phases of project governance, requirements, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, training, and deployment. Deep understanding of business processes and their adaptation in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. Ability to develop methodologies, tools, and thought leadership to differentiate EY in the market. Leadership in design processes, stakeholder engagement, and technical knowledge across Dynamics modules. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Analytical skills and decision-making based on policy understanding. Ability to guide and develop junior team members. Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related fields. 2-4 years of relevant ERP consulting experience. Experience with at least one full lifecycle Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012, or Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementation. Minimum 2 years of implementation experience with MS Dynamics AX or D365. Finance applicants need project accounting experience. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in relevant fields. Microsoft Dynamics certifications. Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments.
