Job Title: Systems Administrator Location: Onsite – Chattanooga, TN Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation: $80,000 to $110,000 per year Overview: We’re hiring a Systems Administrator to join a growing organization in Chattanooga. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting the internal IT infrastructure for a company that is passionate about innovation, reliability, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of hands-on systems administration experience, ERP systems knowledge, and proactive support for end users. You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and support Windows-based servers, workstations, and network systems • Maintain and support the company’s ERP platform, including user access, troubleshooting, and upgrades • Monitor system performance and perform necessary tuning, maintenance, and updates • Ensure cybersecurity compliance and manage security protocols, antivirus, and firewall systems • Manage backup and disaster recovery processes • Provide day-to-day helpdesk and technical support to staff • Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT-related services and hardware/software procurement • Evaluate and recommend system improvements for performance and reliability • Document IT processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT infrastructure support • Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and endpoint support • Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data backup strategies • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite setting Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or other cloud services • Experience managing or implementing ERP system changes
