PowerApps Suite Subject Mater Expert (SME) – DoD / Navy – Secret Location: DC Metro Region Clearance: US Citizen, Clearable Summary Support the U.S. Navy’s Command Financial Management System – Consolidated (CFMS-C), a critical platform for managing budget execution, financial reporting, and resource planning across Navy commands. This role leverages the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline workflows, enhance data visibility, and ensure compliance with federal financial standards. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain PowerApps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support CFMS-C workflows and reporting needs • Automate financial processes using Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, SQL Server, and other Microsoft 365 services • Collaborate with Navy financial analysts, program managers, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions • Ensure applications meet DoD cybersecurity, audit readiness, and data governance standards • Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support for CFMS-C users • Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) • Strong understanding of financial workflows, data modeling, and low-code development best practices • Experience integrating PowerApps with SharePoint, SQL databases, and REST APIs • Familiarity with DoD financial systems, FFMIA compliance, and federal reporting standards • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • U.S. Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supporting CFMS-C or similar DoD financial systems • Knowledge of Navy financial management processes and terminology • Active DoD Secret Clearance • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
