Role: SQL Server DBA with cloud Exp: 10+ Years Location: Madison Ave, NY and Jersey City, NJ Visa: USC/GC Only MOI: Phone + Skype Skills Required: · SQL Server & Cloud administration required skills · Investment Banking experience / Equity exp.is a MUST · 10+ years' experience in working in an IT services organization. · At least 8+ years of SQL DBA experience covering implementation, production support and project work. · At least 5+ years of exposure as L3/SME support role. · At least 6 months experience with AWS Cloud RDS · Knowledge and Understanding of the ITIl process. · In client facing role(s) globally for at least 5 years. · On-call support for at least 5 years. · Excellent Documentations skills in MS SharePoint 2010 /2013 · Senior level Microsoft SQL Server DBA with experience in large and critical environments. · Knowledge of performance tuning at both server level and query level. Candidate must have knowledge of perfmon, SQL Server dynamic management views. · Knowledge of SQL Server internals, partitioning and compression · Hands-on experience on mirroring, replication, and Always ON · Must have automation experience. Good knowledge of scripting. Ability to write T-SQL scripts, Power Shell, or Python. · Excellent knowledge of SSIS packages. · Hands-on experience on SQL Server Clustering. · Hands-on experience on Integration Services, Reporting Services and Analysis Services · Must have good knowledge in SQL Server permission/security policies. · MS certifications on MSSQL latest versions.
