This person must have experience with the following: • Azure/Azure DevOps • Terraform • Python • Github for CI/CD Position Overview: We re looking for a high-impact, senior-level DevOps Engineer someone who lives and breathes automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous delivery. This role requires a true technologist with deep technical expertise across the DevOps stack, including cloud-native platforms, CI/CD tooling, and testing integration. You will lead the design and build of scalable DevOps pipelines, automate everything from infrastructure to deployment, and work closely with QA engineers to embed testing directly into the delivery pipeline. This is not a support role we need someone who can build from scratch, solve deep technical challenges, and set engineering standards across tools, practices, and platforms. Core Responsibilities: • Architect and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines that include integrated unit, API, performance, and regression testing. • Partner with QA and development teams to fully automate test execution within deployment workflows. • Develop custom automation tools and scripts to enhance pipeline efficiency and resiliency. • Design and implement container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) to support microservice deployments. • Build and manage secure, reliable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. • Drive the adoption of shift-left testing and DevSecOps practices across all environments. • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and drive uptime, performance, and release quality. • Create self-service DevOps tooling and documentation for development teams. • Champion best practices for observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting. Required Skills & Experience: • 10+ years of DevOps engineering experience in high-scale, distributed systems environments. • Expert-level skills in CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab. • Proven experience embedding automated testing frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, Postman, etc.) directly into pipelines. • Advanced scripting/programming abilities in Python, Bash, Groovy, or Go. • Extensive experience with cloud-native infrastructure especially Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. • Strong hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm). • Mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM/Bicep). • Solid experience with configuration management, patching, and compliance automation. • Familiarity with security integration into pipelines (DevSecOps) and secrets management tools (Vault, Key Vault).
