As a Senior Application Development Manager in our Fort Worth office, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: - Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout SDLC to develop the following: applications to support accounting, tax, and internal operations, integrations with AI tools and LLM's and data processing tools - Builds high-performance web and Windows UI - Manages production cloud computing and DevOps environments - Mentors and supports growth of other developers on the team - Uses and improves existing software development frameworks, principles, and processes - Supports client on-boarding and ongoing maintenance/support To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need: - Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field required; accounting education/experience a plus - 7+ years developing software - Experience with Javascript, Typescript, AngularJS, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure - Web components, Lit/Shoelace, Excel DNA, iText, SSRS, Azure DevOps is a plus - Intellectual curiosity about new approaches, frameworks, and technologies - Experience testing and troubleshooting applications - Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills - Excellent written, oral communication and documentation skills You Matter - HCVT provides a variety of benefits and perks that help sustain a healthy and thriving work environment. - Visit the Benefits section to learn more
