What We're Looking For Solid experience in hybrid roles combining Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on manual testing. Proven ability to analyze requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and structure user stories that align with both business needs and technical feasibility. Hands-on experience executing manual QA processes, including writing test cases, performing exploratory testing, and reporting defects. Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for test case management, execution tracking, and backlog coordination. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows, including participation in sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and QA planning. Strong attention to detail and structured thinking for identifying edge cases and inconsistencies. Ability to work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure feature readiness and testability. Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to support documentation, issue reporting, and cross-team collaboration.
