Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm), Lexington, KY $20 hourly although wage may vary based on experience • * VETERANS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY** Essential Functions: • Supervise and lead warehouse associates in day-to-day operations including receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory management. • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety and quality standards. • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed; ensure all equipment is maintained and safe. • Manage pick ticket distribution and order readiness • Enforce careful handling of cases and bottles to prevent breakage or loss. • Allocate labor resources effectively based on workflow and volume Job Specifications: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • 2 year’s direct experience in a manufacturing, production, or fulfillment environment. • Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability. • Able to lead small groups independently. • Basic Microsoft skills. • Must be able to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately and provide instructions to other associates as needed. • Able to lift to 40 lbs. safely on occasion as required. • Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed due to customer requirements. • Ability to understand, follow and enforce company policies and procedures. Ability to be cross trained in multiple departments / areas. • Able to lead small CI projects with little supervision.
