Overview Genesis10 is currently seeking a Network / System Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Addison, TX and Jacksonville, FL. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities • Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune (or other MDM/MAM solutions) for mobile device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows) • Develop and maintain security policies, including conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for mobile devices • Manage the lifecycle of M365 applications and other business apps on mobile devices, including deployment, updates, and decommissioning • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile device management, applications, and related services for end-users and other IT teams • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to mobile device management and data protection • Monitor the performance of the MDM/MAM environment and optimize configurations for efficiency and stability • Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and training materials for end-users and other IT teams • Collaborate with other IT teams, including network, security, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration and support for mobile device management • Accountable for all M365 client endpoint designs and builds • Design, build process, packaging methodology, deployment and update mechanisms Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration, particularly in the areas of MDM, MAM, and device management • Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies • Experience with mobile device management platforms (MDM/MAM) for iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices • Familiarity with security policies, identity and access management, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools for device management • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills • Agile Practices • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSD) • Extensive technical capabilities as well as the ability to work with a team of senior technical professionals in a high paced environment Pay Pay range: $60.24 - $68.24 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
