Description Join our dynamic team as a Cloud Development and Operations Engineer! In this role, you will design and implement innovative solutions for complex application challenges and deployment strategies. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with customer development teams to deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. • Interpret and implement architectural designs for deployment. • Deploy modern containerized applications using ECS, Azure Container Services, and Kubernetes. • Conduct quality assurance reviews for both new and existing software products. Qualifications: • Experience with Terraform, Chef, Puppet, and CloudFormation. • Minimum AWS SysOps Associate certification required; AWS DevOps Professional certification preferred. • 5+ years of technical experience with at least 2+ years of public cloud expertise, particularly in AWS. • Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration. • At least 2-3 years of experience setting up DevOps with AWS components. • 1+ years of hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services. • Proficient with EC2, ELB, EMR, S3 CLI, and API scripting (Bash/Shell, Python, JavaScript). • Experience with container orchestration using ECS, EKS, and Kubernetes. • Skilled in writing scripts in YAML and/or JSON. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins. • A proven track record in automating cloud infrastructure with CloudFormation or Terraform. • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking abilities. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a passion for advancement. This is a contract-to-hire position with a clear path for growth into leadership roles such as DevOps Lead, DevOps/Delivery Manager, and Director.
