Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Functional Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations (F&O), and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that align with business goals, leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities to optimize processes across CRM, finance, and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the functional architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 CRM with integrations to F&O and Supply Chain modules. • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions. • Work with stakeholders to define architecture strategy and roadmaps for Dynamics 365 implementations. • Oversee and guide implementation teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, testing, and deployment. • Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Financials. • Support data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Ensure solution compliance with industry best practices and Microsoft guidelines. • Provide post-deployment support and training for business users.
