This is a hybrid role 2 days in office and 3 days remote. This role is a great for anyone with 1-2 years of experience in a data analysis role, with a salary range of $53,000 - $88,000. Technical skills needed: • Tableau • Microsoft SQL Server • Data entry • Project management People skills needed: • Attention to detail • Ability to learn • Adaptability • Communication • Organization • Project management Primary Responsibilities • Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to visualize key business metrics • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights • Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences Secondary Responsibilities • Continuously seek improvements in dashboard performance and automation for scalability and efficiency • Support the analytics team by documenting dashboards, queries, and best practices • Collaborate with Data Solutions and other technical teams to enhance workflows and share knowledge Hiring Process We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible.
