Job Description: Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant - Salesforce Migration Job Type : W2/C2C Experience : 8 – 15 years Location : New York City, New York Responsibilities: • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and customization. • Strong experience in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud) and migration projects. • Expertise in data migration tools, ETL processes, and integration frameworks. • Proficient in Dynamics CRM customizations: workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, dashboards, reports, and security roles. • Experience with SQL Server, Azure, APIs, and web services for system integration. • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, and business process design. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus. • Lead technical aspects of migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. • Analyze existing Salesforce CRM processes, customizations, and data models. • Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet business requirements. • Perform data migration, transformation, and validation from Salesforce to Dynamics CRM. • Develop integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.). • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, migration strategies, and process flows. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after migration. • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and project stakeholders. • Optimize CRM performance and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards. Qualification: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
