JSJD Media, LLC is seeking a Partner Relations Manager. This position provides day to day account management of operational and creative aspects related to the workings of our company partnerships. An ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service experience with the ability to multitask several projects. From reaching out to partners and facilitating regular onboarding calls to building branded assets and assisting in the technical set-ups on digital platforms, the Partner Relations will provide our partners with an informational resource and friendly face from the launch of their partnership. A full-time position, this role is perfect for a customer service focused individual who possesses intermediate creative and project management skills looking to grow with an amazing company. Candidates with experience in the association and non-profit space are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities and Duties: • Facilitate onboarding calls with new partners • Build branded assets and inventory within company CRM • Provide a resource of information and assistance to our partners and outside sales team • Represent the company by phone and virtual meeting, providing a friendly and outgoing additional source for our partners • Provide regular updates on projects to Executive team Skills: • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook • Proficient with Adobe Suite - specifically Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator • Salesforce experience and knowledge preferred • Experience in Publishing or Content Editing a plus Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) • Desire to be part of a fast moving but relaxed environment • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining high attention to detail • General knowledge of online advertising, along with various other digital platforms.
