Job description
Progilisys Solutions is leading the search for an IT Administrator for a customer in the Phoenix area. This role will be working within Active Directory, M365 administration, providing customer service and technical support, and assisting with various IT-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with service desk ticketing systems, MFA, and a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies. Attention to detail is a must. This is a contract position that is working onsite in Phoenix. To be immediately and seriously considered for this exceptional career opportunity, you must have the following: • Active Directory Management: Login ID and Email management, Managing AD attributes • M365 Admin Console: Creation of email accounts, • One Drive: Managing and supporting One Drive usage • Service Desk Ticketing • MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication): Implementing and supporting MFA for user accounts.
