Role : Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant Duration : 6+ months Location : St Louis MO Exp ? 9+yr(Max- $70/- hr CTC) Must have Microsoft Dynamics AX and 365 Work on General Modern Point of Sale (MPOS) deployments Primary Responsibilities - Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and 365 - Provide functional and technical resources with knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle from concept and design, requirements, coding, customization, testing, remediation, packaging and deployment - Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 solutions - extending MPOS/CPOS, Retail Server, CRT, Retail proxy, Hardware station and Commerce. - Lifecycle services(ALM), System-level reporting, environment monitoring and management, Code deployments - Release management of new Dynamics 365 product and ISV release, management of custom enhancements/ extensions - Develop and Support Third party payment integration, integration with MPOS/CPOS/Hardware station. - Support General Modern Point of Sale (MPOS) deployments and updates - Support Franchisee management processes - Support Product management processes - Support Customer Management processes - Support Price & Discount management processes - Support non-operational configurations - Troubleshooting UAT and production environments - Tier 2, Tier 3 Help Desk support - ISV deployment assistance and processes validation support for new releases - Support new product features and changes to Customer processes - Regression Testing during platform upgrades and uplifts - Customer training material/ resources
