Job Title: Data Analyst Human Performance (Contractor) Locations: Lackland, TX | Kirtland, NM | Pope, NC On-Site | U.S. Citizen | T1 Investigation ( Avoid fake Profiles Must undergo Federal BG check) Data Analyst as part of a multidisciplinary contractor team supporting human performance optimization within Department of Defense (DoD) training pipelines. Analysts will support data aggregation, visualization, and predictive analytics efforts to enhance decision-making, reduce attrition, and increase candidate readiness for elite training environments. Key Responsibilities • Aggregate, clean, and manage large datasets from human performance assessments, training records, and operational outcomes. • Develop custom, interactive dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) for descriptive and inferential statistics. • Implement AI/LLM features (e.g., Copilot) to support data querying, visualizations, and insights. • Perform regression analysis, time series modeling, hypothesis testing, and other statistical evaluations. • Provide real-time reporting and decision-support tools for stakeholders across various functional areas. • Ensure data integration with systems such as Skedify, Envision, and CDO Vault. • Validate field data and support secure data handling and compliance with DoD data protection standards • Conduct technical documentation, user training, and support ongoing improvements to the analytics platform. Required Qualifications Experience 6+ years in a data analyst or business intelligence (BI) role. Experience in data mining, predictive analytics, and real-time reporting. Prior work with AETC, military, or DoD training pipelines preferred. Technical Skills Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Statistical modeling: regression, clustering, ANOVA, correlation Visualization: time series, scatterplots, boxplots, dashboards Data tools: DAX, M query, SQL Working knowledge of AI/ML model integrations (e.g., Copilot, Azure ML) Familiarity with DoDM 8140.03 Cybersecurity Workforce requirements Other Requirements U.S. Citizen/ Tier 1 background investigation Compliant with HIPAA, FOIA, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) standards Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends as needed Preferred Experience Integration of multiple data sources and platforms in a DoD environment Simulation modeling and predictive forecasting for training optimization Working within a multidisciplinary team (cognitive, physical, and behavioral performance experts) On-site data collection during field events Education Master's degree in Operations Research or Bachelor's with 24+ semester hours in mathematics, statistics, or related technical fields (3+ in Calculus).
