Mavis Tire - Dynamics 365 Data Entry Specialist We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Dynamics 365 Data Entry Specialist at Mavis Tire. In this role, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure accurate and efficient data entry and purchase order processing within the Dynamics 365 system. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training on the system and its functionalities. Responsibilities: • Reconcile Amex charges for the IT department. • Perform data entry tasks, including entering and updating information into the Dynamics 365 system • Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy of order details • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any data discrepancies or issues • Maintain data integrity by conducting regular quality checks • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in a relevant field is a plus • Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required as training will be provided • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM/ERP systems is a bonus • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why Mavis?
