Job Title: GenAI Java Full Stack Developer (React.js, Python, GenAI) Location: Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 6+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Python, and a keen interest or hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered features. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React.js for frontend. • Build RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance and scalability. • Integrate Python-based services, especially those involving AI/ML models or GenAI APIs. • Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate LLMs into production systems. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline implementation. • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, LLMs, and full-stack development. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. • Solid experience with Python, especially in backend scripting or AI/ML integration. • Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers) or GenAI platforms. • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). • Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: • Exposure to prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, or embedding models. • Experience with AI model deployment and monitoring in production. • Contributions to open-source AI projects or participation in GenAI hackathons.
