Job Description:Typical Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in information technology or directly related field, five years of professional experience related to assignment and two years of supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3-5 years of experience as a M365 Administrator or similar role in an enterprise environment.Strong familiarity with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process, including change management and IT service management.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of M365 environments.Experience with M365 security and compliance features, such as DLP, information protection, and audit logging.Relevant Microsoft or cloud certifications, such as MS-900, MS-102.Experience in the Azure environment for both government and commercial tenants.Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, or Endpoint Manager for application and device management.Additional InformationKnowledge of:Techniques and methods for organizing, prioritizing, assigning and monitoring work.Principles and practices of information technology management.Project management principles and practices.Principles and practices of program administration and management.Best practices, trends and emerging technologies.Principles and methods of qualitative and quantitative research.Principles and applications of critical thinking and analysis.Principles and practices of procurement.Principles and practices of group facilitation and building consensus.Applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, regulations (based on assignment).Customer service principles.Specialized equipment relevant to area of assignment.Modern office technology.
